 Important rules and regs changes coming soon
Agents who have listings for properties that are short sale, pending lender approval or lender-owned should be aware that important MLS Rules & Regulations changes are now in effect.
As of Jan. 1, new rules impact how these types of properties are identified in the MLS. New required fields on the listing input forms provide for more accurate reporting of these types of properties.
