REALTORS® from across the state are invited to let Colorado legislators hear their views at REALTOR® Day at the Capitol Feb. 2.
This annual event gives attendees the chance to learn about and discuss issues critical to the industry including protecting income and maintaining commissions; improving quality of life in Colorado communities; and increasing the marketability of the various types of properties in the state’s many neighborhoods.
The Colorado Association of REALTORS®, which plans the event, believes that support of REALTOR® Day at the Capitol through member attendance speaks volumes to the state’s legislators as CAR continues its efforts to protect and promote favorable real estate laws and regulations in Colorado.
The event includes lunch at the Denver Marriott City Center. Pre-registration by Tues., Jan. 26 is available at www.ColoradoRealtors.com for $50, and includes lunch, materials and transportation from the Marriott to the Capitol and back.
Registration after Jan. 26 is available for $60; onsite registration is available, but admittance to the luncheon is subject to availability.
