AAR is Off to the Races
Association honors leaders of the past year, then sets
its
sights on the future at Inaugural Celebration

The Aurora Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors listened to words of advice from NAR Director Bob Brown before taking their oath of office at AAR’s Inaugural Celebration.

Incoming President Terry Wenze thanks David Barber, whose 2009-2010 presidential term came to its end.
Wenze began his leadership year at a festive Inaugural Celebration Oct. 8, using the theme “Off to the Races” to describe the momentum he hopes to achieve as the Association looks forward to challenges and opportunities ahead.

Distinguished Service Award winners
The Distinguished Service Award is the highest honor an outgoing president of the Aurora Association of REALTORS® can bestow upon fellow members and representatives of AAR.
The award is meant to salute those individuals who have given extraordinary service to the Association or to the president during his or her term of office.At the AAR Inaugural Celebration Oct. 8, outgoing President David Barber made five Distinguished Service Award presentations.
Awards went to Carol Reed, AAR CEO; Melanie Keene, Director of District Relations for Congressman Ed Perlmutter; Kim Paul, Fidelity National Title; Bert Hermelink, Strategic Advantage Financial; and Larry Clarke, ERA Herman Group Real Estate (not pictured).
