Co-sponsors Freddie Mac, U.S. Bank and the Aurora Association of REALTORS® present “Keys to Understanding and Securing Financing in Today’s Market” Sept. 21 – a seminar featuring panelists from major industry organizations both national and local.

All AAR REALTORS® are welcome to attend this important morning, which will shed light on Freddie Mac programs, the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) organization, short sales, foreclosure alternatives, neighborhood stabilization efforts and more.

Specialists from U.S. Bank, the Federal Housing Administration, HAFA and Freddie Mac join leaders from the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA), City of Aurora Home Ownership Assistance Program (HOAP), and the Colorado Foreclosure Hotline to provide the latest industry information and to answer questions from seminar attendees.
