Tim O'Brien appointed to AAR directorate
 At their regularly scheduled board of directors meeting Nov. 17, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Aurora Association of REALTORS® appointed Tim O'Brien, Danyliw and Associates, to serve as a director of the board until the next annual election. O'Brien replaces Adam Malachi, who resigned on Oct. 20, 2010.
O'Brien was a candidate for a directorate position in the July 2010 election. He is an active member of the Government Affairs Committee and will serve as Vice Chair of the GAC committee for 2011.
He has been a REALTOR® member of AAR since October 2008; before that, he was an Affiliate member of AAR for three years with Beazer and Lennar Homes.
