June Keys to Home Ownership Festival finds new home in Civic Center Park!
 The Keys to Home Ownership Festival moves to its most visible location yet as it takes over Denver’s Civic Center Park June 10.
The annual event aims to foster public awareness and understanding of homeownership. Now entering its third year, the Keys to Home Ownership Festival has provided thousands of consumers with information about purchasing and owning a home.
They Keys To Home Ownership Festival is a free event hosted by the Denver Metro area REALTOR® Boards and Associations. Attendees will find many great free attractions, including:
- Workshops in both English and Spanish on homebuying, working with REALTORS® and understanding credit and financing
- Exhibitors representing all areas of real estate offering free advice, information and help in getting started finding and buying your next home
- An entertainment stage featuring Wendy Woo and the Woo Crew and The Erica Brown Band, along with Native American and Irish Dancers, a youth Mariachi Band and the Black Hands Drum Ensemble
- A children’s activity area with arts and crafts, games and prizes
- Great food and more.
Sponsors, exhibitors and volunteers will enjoy new features at the festival this year, including new marketing and advertising strategies; partnerships with the Greater Metro Denver Ministerial Alliance and the Downtown Denver Partnership; and expanded publicity.
Participating in the Keys to Home Ownership Festival is a great way to create relationships and enhance name recognition with the public, who will want to learn about home buying and ownership in a safe, supportive and fun environment. Sponsorships begin at $1,000 and individual booths may be purchased for $325.
