Q: What does ghost listing mean?
A: Ghost listing helps you to market a property in more than one MLS Area. For instance, if your listing physically resides in the MLS Area Denver South East (DSE), but is close to Denver South West (DSW), you can use ghost listing so your listing displays in searches of DSE and DSW.
Q: What does refresh listing mean?
A: Refresh listing helps you to gain new exposure for a listing. For instance, refresh listings are included as new listings in MLS Prospect Match e-mails. When you refresh a listing, the "old" listing is withdrawn and a new listing is created. You have the option to order a new photo or use the original photo.
Q: How do I use ghost listing?
A: There are two ways to add a ghost listing.
- On MLS Dial-up, enter MLS Function AGL. Follow the prompts to complete your ghost listings(s).
- Fax a written request or a Change and Corrections Form to Metrolist at (303) 850-9637.

A: There are two ways to use refresh listing.

Q: What happens if I make changes to a listing that has a ghost listing?
A: When changes are made to a listing with ghost listings, the changes will automatically be copied to the ghost listing(s).
However, if a listing is refreshed, all ghost listings for that listing are removed from the MLS. If you wish to continue marketing your refreshed property with ghost listings, each ghost listing should be re-added at a cost of $10 for each ghost listing.
