BuildFax® and Metrolist® partner to provide in-depth property improvement data

With so many homes on the market and buyers having a tremendous inventory from which to choose, this data can be influential in making a home purchase decision.
Additionally, BuildFax is the number one resource for indicating to real estate professionals factors that may negatively impact a closing, such as unpermitted additions, permits that could still be open, and improper construction valuations.
